Shipping Charges

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions.
- Shipping the Return: Pack the items securely, including a copy of your invoice and the RAN provided. Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable period.
Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. It ensures the fastest way to get what you want while preventing stockout issues.
